SOLMAN_SD_SMARTFORM - Create Texts in Smart Forms

In this IMG activity, you specify which text types shall be displayed in the smart form. This allows you to use a smart form in different actions. If you have not selected any text types, the system only displays the text types Description (SU99) and Reply (SU01).

Check whether:

• An action that sends emails exists in the respective action profile and is active.

• This action uses smart form AI_CRM_IM_FULL_DATA_FORM because you can currently only define the text types for this smart form or a copy thereof. You can see which smart form the system uses in the processing types in the action definition.

1. Choose New Entry.
2. Choose the action definition, for example: SMIN_STD_MAIL.
3. Enter the name of the smart form, for example: AI_CRM_IM_FULL_DATA_FORM.
4. Enter the corresponding text schema.
5. Enter a text type. You can define several text types per action definition. In the table, you need a separate entry for each text type.
6. Save.
