SOLMAN_SPC_AUTH - Assign IT Service Provider Authorization

To be able to see all solutions and systems of your customers, as an IT service provider, you require the authorization KONZS in the field SMSYETYPE of authorization object S_SMSYEDIT. Role SAP_SM_SPC has this authorization.

This also applies to all solutions that are not yet assigned to a customer number.

Only the ITservice provider should have the authorization KONZS for the authorization object S_SMSYEDIT. Check the assignment of this object to your cuatomers.

1. Select the role SAP_SM_SPC.
2. Copy the role.
3. Choose the Authorizations tab.
4. Define the allowed authorization by double-clicking the yellow traffic lights.
5. Generate the profile.
6. Choose the Users tab.
7. Enter the users that are to be given this authorization.
8. Run the user comparison by choosing the User Comparison pushbutton.
