Use
As a service provider, you manage several SAP customer numbers at SAP or you are a Customer Competence Center (CCC). You can assign to the customers you represent access to specific functions of work center Change Request Management and System Monitoring:
- Display of Hot News
- Management of your licenses
- Maintenance Optimizer processing
- Viewing of EarlyWatch Alert Reports and Service-Level Reports
You have completed the basic configuration of Solution Manager.
