The program RPSMSY_MIGRATE_SYSTEM_USAGES makes it easier for you to assign the SAP customer number to existing solutions. It determines the SAP customer number for each system by means of the installation number. Then it assigns this number to the logical components that contain only systems of one customer number and assigns this customer number to solutions that contain only logical components of one customer number. For details, see the documentation for the program.

You have made the necessary entries in the table AISUSER.

  1. Schedule the job RPSMSY_MIGRATE_SYSTEM_USAGES:
  • Start time: we recommend you start it immediately.

  • Repeat interval: we recommend you run it daily.

  1. Check the log and the list output.
If the system reports errors, you can also adapt the data (customer number) manually. Proceed as follows:
  1. Call the transaction SOLMAN_DIRECTORY.
  2. Choose the corresponding solution.
  3. Choose the Solution Settings tab.
  4. Enter the corresponding customer number.
  5. Save your entries.
