SOLMAN_SPC_REPORTS - Run Document Maintenance Reports

If you already had customer solutions in your system before the activation, these solutions could be using documents from other customers. To ensure that your customers do not see documents from other customers, you can clean up such solutions.

You execute the following reports once to check the business partners and their assignment to documents and document folders and to make any adjustments that might be required.

1. Enter the name of the report, for example, SM_DOCUMENT_BUPA_CHECK and run the report.

Note: You only have to run the report once.

1. Read the documentation for the report; click the "i" button to call it up.
2. Run the report.

The report shows error messages that you can correct.

1. Choose either a solution or a project for which you want to check and adjust the assignment of business partners to document folders.
2. Run the report.
