For you as an IT service provider to see all solutions and systems of your customers, you need the SM_SP (execute ACTVT: 38) authorization object. Role SAP_SM_SPC contains this authorization. Make sure that this authorization is not assigned to users of your customers.

For additional authorizations, see the Security Guide for SAP Solution Manager on Service Marketplace at http://service.sap.com/instguides -> SAP Components -> SAP Solution Manager .

  1. Choose the SAP_SM_SPCrole.
  2. Copy the role.
  3. Choose the Authorizationstab.
  4. Define the authorizations by using the yellow traffic lights.
  5. Generate the profile.
  6. Choose the Userstab.
  7. Enter the users who are supposed to receive this authorization.
  8. To compare users, choose Compare Users.
