SOLMAN_SP_GENERAL - General Information and Configuration Prerequisites

As a service provider you manage several SAP customer numbers at SAP or you are a CCC. You can grant the customers that you look after access to certain functions of the work centers for Change Request Management, Service Desk and System Monitoring. The following functions are supported:

• Display of hot news

• Management of your licenses

• Processing of Maintenance Optimizer transactions

• Viewing of EarlyWatch Alert reports and Service Level reports

• Incident Management

• Solution Documentation

You have completed the basic configuration.

Note: If you have made the basic configuration using transaction SOLMAN_SETUP, you have to carry out the following manual IMG activities for connections to SAP for several SAP customer numbers:

• Execute the BAdI for managing several SAP customer numbers

• Set up the SAP connection for customers
