SOLMAN_STAT_BADI - Status Mapping BAdI

Status Mapping is used for message exchange with SAP. If you have reported an incident to SAP, when the status at SAP is updated, it is assigned to a user status which you specified.

This activity creates an implementation of BAdI AI_CRM_IM_MAP_USR_STATUS. In the implementation, you can specify under which conditions a user status is assigned to an SAP status. If there is an active implementation of BAdI AI_CRM_IM_MAP_USR_STATUS, the entries in the status mapping table AIC_MAP_USR_STAT are not taken into account.

You have specified a status schema.

1. Click on the Create Implementation icon.
2. Enter a name and short text for the enhancement implementation.
3. Enter a name, a short text and an implementing class for the BAdI implementation.
4. Go to the implementing class, and implement the method GET_TARGET_STATUS.
