SOLMAN_STAT_PART_ASS - Define Status-Dependent Partner Function Assignment

Use

In this customizing activity, you define (based on the status of the particular change document and request for change) which business partner in which business partner function (source) will be assigned as business partner in which business partner function (target).

This customizing activity enables you and the people in your organization to use the My Messages – Assigned to Mewidget similar to a workflow inbox. The items that are displayed have a process status that requires you to act.

Preconditions

In SAP standard delivery, the target business partner function is maintained as Current Processor(SDCD0004).

If you use a different target business partner function, ensure that this partner function has business partner function category “0008 – person responsible”.
