If you use the Incident Management Work Center, you must activate the authorization object CRM_TXT_ID in the role SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS. The system controls whether the user gets the Key User or Processor work center, with the value of this authorization object. If you do not activate the authorization object and give it the appropriate value, your users get the Key User work center by default.
  1. Choose the role SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS.
  2. Choose Edit in the Authorizations tab, to set the authorization object CRM_TXT_ID.
  3. Activate the authorization object CRM_TXT_ID with Activate.
  4. Give the following values to the authorization object CRM_TXT_ID:
  • Activity : 02

  • Text ID : SU15

  1. Regenerate the profile, and assign it to the user.
