In this IMG activity, you make the necessary settings in the Solution Manager system to enable users working in a connected SAP system to send problem messages to the central SAP Solution Manager system. You also ensure the integration of Change Request Management.

  1. Make the settings for the following applications:
  • Application: (Service Desk)
  • Application: (Support Package Stacks and HotNews)
  • Application: (Integration of Change Request Management)
  1. Enter the following data for each of the applications.
  • Column 2: + : W

  • Column 3: RFC Destination: NONE

  • Column 4: + : CUST620

  • Column 5: + : 1.0

  1. Save your entries.
