SOLMAN_SUP_BC-SETS - Activate Basic BC Sets

You activate BC sets and import piece lists that are required before you can use the Service Desk, Issue Management, and maintenance optimizer.

Activate all BC Sets in the table AGSBCSETFC with the Group_Key SOLMAN_CONFIG, sequentially.

You have performed the following IMG activities:

1. Define Solution (for Maintenance Optimizer and Issue Management)
2. Assign S-User

You have authorized your end users :

• Maintenance Optimizer

• Issue Management

• Service Desk

1. Activate BC Set
2. Activate the BC Sets in the table AGSBCSETFC (transaction SE16) with GROUP_KEY SOLMAN_CONFIG, in sequence. See column BCSET_SEQ.
3. Activate the BC sets with the following settings:

• Overwrite data: Overwrite All Data

• Activation mode: Expert Mode

1. The role of the client in which the BC sets are activated must not be "Production". You can check this in the transaction SCC4.
