SOLMAN_SUP_EX_IF - Configure Interface to SAP Solution Manager Service Desk

This customizing activity configures the interface between the central SAP Solution Manager Service desk and the external service desk.

1. Choose Add.
2. Enter a name and enter the RFC connection for the external service desk system.
3. As External Service Desk Type, choose Service Provider Customer.
4. As Method to Get Reporter, choose New BP if none with same E-mail address.
5. Save your settings.
6. Select the external service desk you added and activate it.

You must configure the interfaces in both systems.
