SOLMAN_SUP_NR_SERV_C - Create number range for Service Desk Message

In this IMG activity, you create new number ranges for Service Desk messages.

1. In transaction Number Range for CRM Service Transaction (CRMC_NR_RA_SERVICE ), choose Interval-> Change.

The available number ranges are displayed.

Note that the number range has 10 digits.

1. Choose Edit-> Insert Intervall.
2. Insert two new intervals (number ranges) and selcet one as external.

The intervals must be the same as entered to the ABAP Notif (transaction DNO_NOTIF) however with the opposite assignment.

For example, what was assigned as "internal" now must be assigned as "External" and vice versa.

• Interval: 000002000000 - 000002999999 mark as "external"

• Interval: 000001000000 - 000001999999 must be internal

1. Save.

Fill RESBD Structure from EBP Component Structure   CPI1466 during Backup
