SOLMAN_SUP_ORG - Create Organizational Objects in the Organizational Structure

You create organizational objects in the organizational structure.

1. In transaction General Attribute (CRM) Change (PPOMA_CRM), double-click Organizational unit.
2. Enter "*" in the With name field, then choose Find.

An overview of the available organizational units is displayed.

1. Double-click an organizational unit that you want to to assign the new object to.

Information about the organizational unit is displayed.

1. Choose Create.

A dialog box is displayed showing the relationships for the organizational unit.

1. Double-click an object type (organizational unit or position).

The object is created.

The system creates a business partner record (BP role: organizational unit) for an organizational unit. The address is copied.

1. In the Basic datatab, replace the default entries for object name and object description with a name of your choice.
2. In the Attributestab, enter the attributes of the new object.
3. Choose Assignto assign the business partners with the Employee role to the positions.
4. Save.

A simple organizational model looks like this:

Service Provider (root organizational unit)
1st Level
	Employee 1st Level
2nd Level
	Employee 2nd Level
