You create an RFC connection to your TREX with the TREX admin tool.

You have installed the Search and Classification Engine (TREX) Version 7.0, or use an existing TREX 7.0.

Create an RFC connection in the Solution Manager of type: T (TCP/IP), with the following data:

  • RFC connection
Begin the name of the RFC destination with .
  • Activation type: Registered Server Program
  • Program ID: TREXRfcServer_ or TREXRfcServer_ _
  • Gateway host and Gateway Service.
  1. Save.
