SOLMAN_TEST_REPOSIT - Generate Test Plans, Test Packages and Test Cases

As test plans, test packages and test cases are repository objects, you can only generate test plans if you set up the system changeability. This IMG activity checks the changeability of your system, so that you can generate test plans, test packages and test cases.

You need authorization to set the system changeability: S_CTS_ADMI.

1. Under Administration, double-click on Set System Changeability.
2. In the global settings, you can specifdy whether objects in the repository and cross-client customizing can be changed globally. You can only set the changeability of software components and namespaces/name ranges, if the global setting is changeable. If this is not the case, choose Client Settings and check the Changes to Cross-Client Objects settings for your client.
3. Go back to the System Changeability screen
4. In the table Software Components for Local Developments (technical name: LOCAL), set the Changeability value to Changeable.
5. In the table Namespace/Name Area for Customer Namespace, set the value Changeable.
