SOLMAN_TEST_WF_ASGFO - Assign E-Mail Forms for Workflows

Define which e-mail forms are to be used to notify involved business partners in the following events in a testing workflow:

• Test plan is released or locked for execution

• Assignment of tester to test package is released or locked

• Test case is ready to be executed

You have defined the forms in the activity Define Form for Workflow E-Mail.

Assign the prepared form to the corresponding case:

1. Choose New Entries.
2. In the Forms column, select the relevant case and assign the corresponding form:

• AGS_SMT_NOTIFY_TPLN (e-mail for release status change, which allows or forbids the execution of test cases)

• AGS_SMT_NOTIFY_TPCK (e-mail for the locking or unlocking the assignment of testers to test packages)

• AGS_SMT_NOTIFY_READY_TO_TEST (e-mail informing testers that a test case is ready to be executed)

• AGS_SMT_NOTIFY_TEST_PLANNER (e-mail informing the test planner about the status of notification e-mails, for example if a tester does not have a valid address)

1. Save.
