You are using the IBM Rational Quality Manager and have installed the IBM Rational SAP Connector on a server.

You have authorized your users appropriately:

  • SAP_TMT_ADMIN,,,,External test management tool - full authorization
  • SAP_TMT_DISP,,,,External test management tool - display authorization
  • SAP_TMT_EXE,,,,External test management tool - authorization for executing the application

You create a project in the IBM Rational SAP Connector and IBM Rational Quality Manager as well as in SAP Solution Manager.

When you have configured SAP Solution Manager, you can put business requirements documents and/or test objects in the Transfer to IBM Rational project tab in the Business Blueprint in Solution Manager. You can then synchronize with IBM Rational Quality Manager. In the IBM Rational Quality Manager, a link is established to documents in Solution Manager. When you have successfully tested in the IBM Rational Quality Manager, you can synchronize the test results with the project in SAP Solution Manager.
