SOLMAN_VAR_BP_SOLDTO - Create Business Partner as Organization Automatically

The report AI_SDK_SP_UPDATE_BP creates users and/or business partners automatically in the SAP Solution Manager.

There are two ways of using the report:

• Variant 1: Create a business partner per customer (organization)

• Variant 2: Create end user as business partner (person)

This IMG activity creates business partners per organization. It is a prerequisite to generate the IBase and create the end users.

Variant 1: Phase 1 creates a business partner (ordering party) per customer of the VAR, and automatically maintains its required entries and an identification number (Identification tab), which corresponds to its SAP customer number. This business partner is later the customer of the VAR, and is referred to as the ordering party.

You have downloaded the customer system data from the SAP Support Portal. Your S user needs the following authorizations:

• ADMIN,,Administration

• USER ,,Maintain user data,,

You can create the business partner manually: Create Ordering Party

1. Choose the report AI_SDK_SP_UPDATE_BP.
2. Maintain the customer number and select Phase 1.
3. Start the report.

Note the value SP0001 as external ID category.
