You need connections to SAP to be able to use the SAP Service and Support.

You have an S user with specified authorization for functions, to be able to use the SAP Support Portal.

You have, for example, Create Message authorization to install SAP customer numbers, or CCC authorization for this function for all your customer numbers and their installations. See the matrix in the Solution Manager security guide in the Service Marketplace -> SAP Components → SAP Solution Manager.

Configure the settings under the node Several Customer Numbers, if you manage several customer number with this Solution Manager system.
