Before you can configure for system houses (VAR), you must have configured the Service Desk scenario and the IT service provider, whose extension is the system house functionality.

Note:

If you have already configured the Service Provider: Value Added Resellers (before SP13), you must perform the steps in SAP note 1083136 manually.
