This information analyzes problems in the Service Desk for system house customizing. The checklist checks the required settings.

As system house customizing is based on the standard Service Desk customizing and Service Provider preconfiguration, you must have configured them. The system house settings differ mainly in the attributes of transaction type SLFN, especially the general details and profiles.

A) Check the entire standard customizing:

IMG basic settings, especially:

  1. Business Partner
  2. iBase
  3. Number Range

Transaction Type SLFN Attributes

Choose transaction type SLFN in the Transaction Type Definitions by double-click, and check the settings.

  1. General
  • Business Transaction Type: BUS2000116 Service Transaction

  • Status object type: ,,,,COH

  • Contract determination:,,,,E

  1. Product determination
  • Always check Product ID:,,Selected

  1. Profiles
  • Text schema: ,,,,SLFC0001

  • Partner schema:,,,,SLFC0001

  • Status schema:,,,,SLFC0001

  • Org. Data Profile: ,,,,SLFN00000002

  • Partner function ORG:,,0001 Auftraggeber

  • Deadline profile:,,,,,,SLFN_HEADER

  • Action profile:,,,,AI_SDK_STANDARD

  1. Transaction numbering
  • No. rnge object: ,,,,CRM_SERVIC (Service transaction CRM)

  • No. rnge number int.:,,,,01

  • No. rnge number ext.:,,,,02

  • early no. assgnmnt:,,,,is selected

B) If you have not made these settings, make them. For details of the entries, see attachment to SAP note 1050148.
