To be able to adjust the S user of your customers and their system data to SAP data, you must download this data from the SAP R/3 frontend. You need an RFC connection, which you assign to your S user (system house S user).

Your S user (VAR S user) must have the following authorization:

Administration: ADMIN

User data maintenance: USER

System data maintenance: INSTPROD

Display user logon data: GLOBAL

  1. Choose the ABAP RFC connection SAP-OSS.
  2. Copy this connection.
  3. Give the copied RFC connection a name, e.g. SAP-OSS- .
  4. Give the RFC connection your S user in the Logon Data tab.
  5. Save.
