SOLMAN_VAR_SUBSTITUT - Set Up Substitute Relationship

A substitute rule specifies a substitute for an absent member, to process his messages.

1. Choose the business partner for whom you want to create a substitute relationship
2. Choose Relationships.
3. Choose: replaced by in the field Relationship Type.
4. Choose the substituting business partner and the period in the field Relationship to GP.
5. Choose Create.
6. Save.

1. Choose Analysis → Solution → Service Desk.
2. Choose Business Partners/>.
3. Select the field: Substitute.

This selection causes a check for a substitute relationship for the business partner to be made.

1. Run the report.
