This report loads the S user of a customer maintained in the SAP Support Portal, into the Solution Manager for the automatic generation of this user. It reads:

  • S user data from SAP
  • System house data ,
  • the data for all customers found in the system.

This report can be scheduled periodically, to update the information between SAP and the Solution Manager.

You have maintained an active SAP Support Portal.

A VAR S user with maintenance authorization for the system data of the customer number of the system house at SAP, is expected as logon user (ADMIN: Administration authorization, USER: User Maintenance authorization)

It should also have authorization to "Display User Logon Data" with the value GLOBAL.

  1. Run the report AI_SDK_CF_GET_SUSR_VAR_CUST.
  2. Specify the RFC connection created for VAR.
  3. Use the following parameters:
  • Delete before Adjustment:
All records of the table AISDK_CF_OSS_USR saved in the system, incl. business partners and users are only deleted in the SAP Solution Manager if this field is set.
  • Incl. deleted Users:
The field specifies whether deleted S users are also passed. This is usually not necessary for the first adjustment, but for subsequent synchronizations. If a customer number (default empty) is entered, only the S users for this customer are examined.

Maintain Table AISDK_CF_OSS_USR

The report fills the table AISDK_CF_OSS_USR. A field "modified" is appended to the table AISDK_CF_OSS_USR. If new entries or changes (e.g. telephone number, now deleted) have been saved, this flag is set to 'X'. You should reset it to SPACE for subsequent processing.

Partners should remove the data for obsolete customers from this table. Otherwise initial E-mails are sent to users who are no longer customers of the partner.
