SOLMAN_VAR_SYSDATA - Download System Data from SAP

The report AI_SDK_CF_GET_SYSD_VAR_CUST reads the systems for the system house and for all its customers in the SAP system, and fills the table AISDK_CF_OSS_SYS.
You have set-up an active RFC connection to the SAP Support Portal.
A VAR S user which has maintenance authorization for the customer number of the system house for the system data at SAP (ADMIN: Administration authorization, SYS: User maintenance authorization) is expected as logon user
The user should have authorization to "Display User Logon Data" with the value GLOBAL.
- Choose the report AI_SDK_CF_GET_SYSD_VAR_CUST.
- Specify the RFC connection for VAR.
- Enter the report parameters:
- Delete before Adjustment: All records of the table AISDK_CF_OSS_SYS in SAP Solution Manager saved in the system, are deleted.
- Incl. Deleted Systems: Specifies whether deleted systems are also passed. This is usually not necessary for the first adjustment, but for subsequent synchronizations.
- Customer number: (default empty) only the systems of this customer are examined.
- RFC Connection: must point to the active SAP Support Portal. An S user which has maintenance authorization for the system data at SAP for the customer number of the system house, is expected as logon user.
- Date: Specifies from which day the changes are to be read
- Run the report.
Check Table AISDK_CF_OSS_SYS
A field #modified# is appended to the table AISDK_CF_OSS_SYS. If new entries or changes have been saved, this flag is set to 'X'. You should reset it to SPACE for subsequent processing.
