SRF_RPG_ACT_EXTERNAL - BAdI: Control Navigation to a Non – Report Generation Activity

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Financial Accounting (FI) component.
In Statutory Reporting, the BAdI SRF_RPG_ACT_EXTERNAL_CALLis called when the end user navigates to an external application (Fiori app or ABAP program) via a non-report generation activity in the Run Statutory Reportsapp. You can implement BAdI SRF_RPG_ACT_EXTERNAL_CALLto restrict or control navigation to a non – report generation (Fiori app or ABAP program) activity in the Run Statutory Reportsapp.
For example, if you do not want the end users to navigate to a non-report generation activity before the report generation, you can implement the SRF_RPG_ACT_EXTERNAL_CALLBAdI. You can use the CT_MESSAGESchanging parameter to provide relevant error messages.
The BAdI contains the interface IF_SRF_RPG_ACT_EXTERNAL_CALLwhich in turn contains the method BEFORE_EXT_ACTIVITY_IS_CALLED. Find below the details of the parameters of BEFORE_EXT_ACTIVITY_IS_CALLEDmethod:
