SRMWFGRPSEL - Create or Change Groups for Process Route Model

In this IMG activity you can create groups for process route models. These groups are used to thematically sort process route models.

Process route models are assigned to a group for process route models when the process route models are created.

Make the following entries:

• Act. Area = Activity Area

The activity area helps to separate the process route groups for various applications. If you want to use the process route as part of Records Management (circular), enter the abbreviation "SRMDP". If you want to use the process route as part of Case Management, enter the abbreviation "SCMG".

• GRP = Group abbreviation

Any 2-character abbreviation that uniquely identifies a process route group in an activity area. Example: "A1"

• Language = Language key

Key of the language in which the description is maintained. Example: "EN" (English)

• Description Group = Explanatory description

The description can be saved in multiple languages and serves to explain the meaning of the group.
