SRP_BASIC_4 - Set Groupware Message Distribution

In this IMG activity you configure groupware message distribution for predefined application types.

For each application type, you can automatically distribute groupware messages when assignments for a groupware-enabled resource are modified. You can also define certain applications types for which you do not want to distribute groupware messages. Alternatively, application types can also be configured with a manual setting which relies on the user to determine if a groupware message is distributed when the assignment is modified.

1. Select an application type from the Application Typelist.

2. For that application type, select one of the following options from the Send Messagelist:

• Manually Send Messages

• Automatically Send Messages

• Prevent Sending of Messages

3. Choose Save.
