In this IMG activity you define a profile for handling cProjects roles during the assignment creation and maintenance processes. With this profile, you define:

  • Whether the system should verify, during assignment creation in the Resource Planner Application (RPA), that the cost rate from the cProjects role matches the resource cost rate.
  • Whether the system should verify, during assignment creation in the Resource Planner Application (RPA), that the qualifications of the cProjects role match the resource qualifications.
  • Which resource types are allowed for a cProjects role.

You define which profile to use for a cProjects role using the customizing activity Business Add-In: Scheduling Profile.

SAP Delivers an implementation of this BAdI (WFDS_STEERING_PROFIL: Default implementation for get profile BAdI). In this implementation, the default profile is always used. The default is a flag on the profile.
