STAB_LF_EX_MAX_PL_BU - BAdI: Limited Freeze - Maximum Planning Horizon Buffer

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Service Parts Planning (SPP) component.

You can use this BAdI to specify a different buffer than the one that is maintained in the stability rule in Customizing for Extended Service Parts Planning under Supply Chain Planning -> Service Parts Planning (SPP) -> Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) -> Define Stability Rule for DRP Horizons.

The system uses the buffer you specify in this BAdI to calculate a maximum for the planning horizon. The system uses this maximum in the 2 separate DRP calculations for expediting in the limited freeze horizon; net demand calculation and order scheduling, if you select the checkbox Max Plng Horizon: Net Dmd Calculation + Order Sched.in the Stability Rule for Ltd Freeze Hor. (Expedite)view, in the Runtime-Critical Settings view area, in Customizing for Extended Service Parts Planning under Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) -> Define Stability Rule for DRP Horizons.

This BAdI has the following method:

• MAX_PL_HOR_BUF Max plan horizon: buffer days after limited freeze horizon
