STOP_CONFIG - Configure the General Stop Behavior

By default there is no stop on errors.

It is recommended to set the option Stop on errors if suggested.

Perform this step to set up the general stop behavior of the flow control component in error situations.

If the stop configuration is set to Stop on Error according to BDoc Selection,the configuration under Configure the Stop Behaviour per BDoc typeis activated (selected entries are marked by a flag). In table SMW3BDOCIF is defined if Stop on Erroris allowed for the corresponding BDoc type. In the default settings Stop on Error is disabled for all BDoc types. This means, that no application allows that a stop on error is performed.

If the stop configuration is set to No Stop on Error, no stop is performed.

A queue in the messaging flow is stopped, if a validation error occurs.

If the stop configuration is set to Stop on Error if Suggested, the settings in table SMW3BDOCIF under Stop Behaviourdetermine the actual stop behaviour.
