SWDD_ERP - Maintain Agent Assignments in Workflow Template

1. In the Workflow field, enter WS38000001 and press Enter.
2. Double-click the activity Edit Customer Inquiry.
3. On the Control tab in the Agents area, use input help and define the agent assignment. Typically, you would define the list of users that are responsible for carrying out the activities either by role or by organizational unit. Use input help to enter the relevant role or organizational unit.
4. Repeat these steps for the following activities:

• Create Quotation referencing Inquiry

• Create Order referencing Inquiry

• Display Inquiry for follow-on processing

1. Save and activate the workflow template.
