Create an authorization role on your back-end system for granting access to the inbound OData service.

An OData service has been added on your front-end system (Activity:Activate OData Service)

  1. Start transactionPFCG and enter the name of the role. Then choose Role > Create Single Role.
  2. On the Menutab, choose Authorization Default from the Insert Node menu.
  3. In the Authorization Default field on the Service popup, select SAP Gateway Business Suite Enablement - Service.
  4. In the TADIR Servicefield, select the (IWSV) SWF_CPPV_INTEGRATION_SRV 0001 service using the value help.
  5. Choose Apply, then Copy.
  6. Insert another Authorization Default node.
  7. In the Authorization Defaultfield, select SAP Gateway: Service Groups Metadata.
  8. In the TADIR Servicefield, select the (IWSG) metadata service of the OData service you created using the value help, for example ZSWF_CPPV_INTEGRATION_SRV_0001.
  9. Choose Apply, then Copy.
  10. The Role Menu contains the two added entries.
  11. On the Authorizations tab, choose Expert Mode for Profile Generation.
  12. Save and generate the role.
