SWF_CPPV_ODATA - Activate OData Service

Your service instance of SAP Cloud Platform Process Visibility needs access to OData APIs in your front-end system for discovering SAP Business Workflow process definitions and maintaining event subscriptions.

With this activity you add an OData service on your front-end system.

If you are running a co-deployed setup, with your front-end and back-end servers running on the same system, you add an OData service on this single system.

1. Start transaction /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE by executing the activity.
2. Choose Add Service.
3. In the Technical Service Name or External Service Name field, search for the service SWF_CPPV_INTEGRATION_SRV on the appropriate back-end system, that is, select System Alias or Co-Deployed.
4. Select the entry with the back-end service SWF_CPPV_INTEGRATION_SRV and choose the Add Selected Services button.
5. On the popup screen, check the Technical Service Name or the Model Name and choose Continue.
6. The OData service was created, when you receive the following message: "Service SWF_CPPV_INTEGRATION_SRV was created and its metadata was loaded successfully.".
