SWI_IL_OBJ_ACTIT_TYP - BAdI: Definition of SAP Jam Group Item Types

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Integration of SAP Jam with SAP CRM (CRM-BF-SWI) component. You can use this BAdI to allow the creation of group item types in the WebClient UI assignment block Jam Groups, which exist in SAP Jam, but cannot be created in SAP CRM.

This BAdI is called, when you create a new Jam group item.

This BAdI contains the following methods:

• GET_ITEM_TYPES

You can use this BAdI method to determine the list of possible group item types in SAP Jam.

• GET_ITEM_TEXTS

You can use this BAdI method to determine the list of possible group item types in the WebClient UI dropdown box.

• GET_ITEM_CREATE_DETAIL

You can use this BAdI method to determine the creation parameters for an group item.

CRM_SWI_IL_OBJ_ACTIVITY_ITEMS

This standard implementation supplies the discussion item in the list of item types for SAP Jam groups in SAP CRM.
