SXES_OBN - Set Object Based Navigation

In this IMG activity you define parameters for object-based navigation (OBN). Business ByDesign Search uses OBN for navigating from the search result list to the detail screen of an object instance in the portal.

Example

You have connected at least one search service provider and extracted a list of searchable object types in the IMG activity Define Search Service Providers and Object Types.

You map each Business ByDesign object type (and operation) to an OBN object type (and operation). In addition you map search attributes to OBN parameters to fill the key fields of the OBN object types.

At least the default operation (Display) needs to be configured here.
