SXPARAMS - Insert SXPARAMS Attributes

In the SAPoffice environment it is possible to make client- and customer-specific modifications in the table SXPARAMS. This is enabled by filling the table with the attribute names and values required by the configuration. These names and values are then read when the applications are executed and interpreted accordingly.

If a check on permitted recipients or e-mails (an allowlist) is to be made when sending an e-mail, the attribute CHECK_RECIPIENT_ADDRESSES must be entered in the table SXPARAMS. This attribute is given the value "X" (for ABAP_TRUE).

If the BAdI implementation of BCS_SEND_ADDRESSES with the class CL_AP_OM_SEND_ADDRESSES exists, the addresses in the table SMAIL_C_RCV_DOM (the allowlist) are compared with the e-mail in question. If a recipient address is not one of the allowed addresses, the e-mail is not sent.
