Percentages for Calculation of Relocation Costs Per Diems

In this Customizing activity, you define the percentage rates for all relationship categories and the constant containing the fixed amount for the calculation rule Surcharge as Percentage of Fixed Amount, time-dependently and depending on the region (domestic, foreign EU, non-EU).

  1. Choose the trip provision variant, the region, and the per diem type.
  2. It is recommended that you choose 12/31/9999 as the valid-to date for new entries.
  3. Enter the percentage rate for all relationship categories, or, if this is to be dependent on the reason for the relocation, set the indicator Depending on Reloc.R. In this case, you enter the percentage in the Customizing activity Relocation-Reason-Dependent Percentages.
  4. For the calculation rule Surcharge as Percentage of Fixed Amount, select the constant that contains the fixed amount from the input help.
