TAO_MANSYS - Configuration in Managed System

This setup activity assigns roles (authorizations) to your users in the managed system.

The role contains authorization for the SAP TAO function. If you want to give your user access to business process transactions, you must assign it the appropriate application roles.

1. Choose the transaction PFCG in the managed system.
2. Choose the role SAP_TAO_AGENT_RFC.
3. Copy the role into your namespace (Z*).
4. Generate the profile for the role.
5. To assign the role to your user, enter the user name in the User tab, and perform a user comparison.
6. Note: The user is a dialog user.
7. Save.
