Use

In this step, you indicate the permissibility of common paymaster relationships at the state level.

Requirements

Do not perform this step unless you have activated Concurrent Employment functionality within your system.

Standard settings

As delivered, this table provides an accurate overview of the permissibility of common paymaster relationships among the fifty states at the time of delivery. However, as time passes and legislation changes, additional maintenance may be required to ensure that your system has an accurate record of the permissibility of common paymaster relationships from state to state.

Activities

  1. Execute this IMG step.
  2. On the subsequent screen, review the permissibility of common paymaster relationships as it has been recorded for each state during the indicated periods.

If the CP Allowed checkbox has been selected for a given state during a given period of time, then the system is instructed to assume that common paymaster relationships are permitted in that state during that period.

If the CP Allowed checkbox has not been selected for a given state during a given period of time, then the system is instructed to assume that common paymaster relationships are not permitted in that state during that period.
  3. Revise the permissibility of common paymaster relationships as needed by selecting or deselecting the CP Allowed checkbox and delimiting the permissibility (or impermissibility) of these relationships where appropriate.
  4. Save your entries, exit this view, then proceed to the next step of the Implementation Guide.
