Set attributes to control the outgoing and incoming correspondence process per business partner group, correspondence class, and recipient/sender type.
Here you can make the required settings for business partner groups.
You assign the following business attributes to a combination of the business partner group, correspondence class, and recipient/sender type:
- Set the Automatic Correspondence indicator if it is required.
- If the correspondence object is status-relevant for the financial transaction, set this indicator.
- Set the Counterconfirmation indicator from the counterparty if it is required.
- Set the Automatic Completion indicator if it is required.
- Set the Get Values from Counterconfirmation indicator if the information about external reference and contact person in the financial transaction has to be updated with the information received in a status-relevant incoming correspondence. Auto-Matching Outgoing Correspondence
- Release indicator
- Determines whether the correspondence object needs to be released.
- Do not send correspondence before the release of the financial transaction.
- Reconcile indicator
- Physical Delivery indicator
