TDCAP_COND - Determine Capitalization Charges

In this Customizing activity, you define the following parameters for use in the capitalization business operation:

• Limits on the amount that can be capitalized

• Amount for the condition item (capitalization charges or fees)

Note

This Customizing activity is only relevant for loans that are based on the product categories Mortgage Loans (300) and General Loans (330).

You have carried out the following Customizing activities:

• Define Company Code Additional Data

• Define Product Types

• Define Flow Types

1. Enter a standard amount for the condition item (for example, 5000) for the selected flow type (for example, capitalization charge or fee).

Each flow type is then assigned to a product type (for example, Mortgage Loan).

1. Enter the minimum and maximum amounts that can be capitalized.
2. Enter a valid currency for the condition item.
3. Select a date from which the standard condition amount is effective.
4. Save your entries.
