TD_AGTL - Specify Asset Group Totals

With this Customizing activity, you can enter (or check) the starting balance for an asset group. You enter the balance for a specific company code and year.

The starting balance is used in the calculation of depreciation (column [1] of the PDF output).

Note:You have to enter the balance manually for the first year only. In subsequent years, the balance is calculated automatically. If the report Tax Depreciation of Fixed Assets (IDSAU_TD_MAIN)is run in update mode for year NNNN, it modifies the rows of the table for year NNNN + 1 with the value of the calculated balance.

• You have defined evaluation groups in Customizing for Asset Accountingunder Financial Accounting → Asset Accounting → Master Data → User Fields → Define 4-Character Evaluation Groups.

• You have defined asset groups in Set Up Asset Groups for Tax Depreciation.
