The calling system identifier has to be defined so that mapping can take place.

Validate your Customizing settings in:

Validate Customizing Settings

1. Define the main calling system identifier.
2. Define - if required - the additional calling system identifier.
3. If the system is a reference system, set the indicator.
4. If the system has to be mapped, set the indicator.
5. Save your entries.
