TEXTV_ARCHIVE - Maintain Company Code-Dependent Retention Periods

General Data in Customer Master   CPI1466 during Backup

In this Customizing activitiy you define the retention periods (days) for raw exposures (archiving object TRTM_REXP) and exposure positions (archiving object TRTM_EXPOS).

The retention period is defined at company code level.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Choose the Company Code.
3. Enter the days for the retention period.
4. Save your data.
