In this IMG activity you determine rules to assign your PDF forms for displaying hedge relationships to the influencing factors in a hedge relationship.
You can influence how assignments are made with the following factors: company code, valuation area, product category (of the hedging instrument), product type (of the hedging instrument), risk category, hedge category and hedge strategy. You do not have to fill all the fields for an entry. The system determines an appropriate form by selecting the most suitable entry for a hedging relationship.
A standard entry without any criteria is provided in the sample Customizing settings. This entry applies to all hedging relationships as long as a more detailed entry does not exist. The standard entry is assigned the standard form TR_F_THA_HR.
An entry may be assigned up to eight maintenance modules in a subordinate maintenance view. These modules are displayed on the assigned form in a defined sequence. You can use transaction SMARTFORMS to create and maintain the modules. The following text modules that are delivered are assigned to the standard entry described above in the sample Customizing:
TR_SF_THA_EFFECTIVENESS – to explain how the effectiveness of the hedging instrument in clearing changes in the market value or cash flow is evaluated with regard to the hedged risk
TR_SF_THA_RISK_CATEGORY – to explain the risk category to be hedged
TR_SF_THA_RISK_MANAGEMENT – to explain the aims of risk management
TR_SF_THA_STRATEGY – to explain the hedge strategy
