Assign update types to the business transactions relevant for hedge accounting.

You use this activity to assign update types to the following business transactions:

Designation

Dedesignation

Classification

Reset Classification

Reclassification

Swap Transfer

The update types for the swap transfer are relevant for the creation of incoming and outgoing transfer flows.

Alternative Hedging Reclassification

Dedesignation Transfer

This business transaction is needed during the execution of an FX option used as hedging instrument, when you decided to designate the underlying FX transaction into the existing hedging relationship.

Designation Transfer

The following update types need to be assigned:

THX001 Designate units/nominals (positive)

THX002 Designate units/ nominals (negative)

THX003 Dedesignate units/ nominals (positive)

THX004 Dedesignate units/ nominals (negative)

THX005 Classification

THX006 Reset Classification

THX009 Hedging Reclassification

THX010 Swap Transfer Incoming units/nominals (positive)

THX011 Swap Transfer Incoming units/ nominals (negative)

THX012 Swap Transfer Outgoing units/ nominals (positive)

THX013 Swap Transfer Outgoing units/ nominals (negative)

THX014 Alternative Hedging Reclassification

THX015 Transfer Designation (positive)

THX016 Transfer Designation (negative)

THX017 Transfer Dedesignation (positive)

THX018 Transfer Dedesignation (negative)
