In this customizing activity, you create a context for a group of Subsequent Actions. It brings together all actions that must be performed in a certain context. You create a table and name it. You can have multiple actions to be executed.

Group ID: You create and nominate the group.

Group Content: You have selected a group. In the Action to be Performed ID field, you select an action, that can be from sap standard or the ones you have already created.

SAP delivers 3 actions:

  • ACTION01: Allowed Configurations: Estimation, Block and Release.
  • ACTION02: Allowed Configurations: Next Day and Next Business Day.
  • ACTION03: Or any other (Z/Customer-related) -> No standard Configuration allowed.
